• 26/03/26Let's start with the Hook & Ladder.® - the sandwich artist prepared my sandwich perfectly! Bread was nice and soft! Meat was warm! The toppings complimented the sandwich very well! 10/10 for service and preparation!
The Smoked Turkey Breast- again, bread nice and soft! Prepped and prepared really well! My son had no complaints! He usually only eat half but actually ate the whole sandwich! He said we have to get this again! I'll for sure recommend and will be ordering again! Food got to me in a timely manner as well! Everything was a 10!

• 09/06/25I love the sandwiches usually, this time the meat was extremely uneven however, one side over packed & the other side had very little. It was very stuck together too from the cheese so fixing it became a messy problem. Not normally an issue though.

• 18/06/26no meat on half the sandwich so why am I paying $20 for a large sub? retrain your staff.

• 02/11/23This is the first time I have ever had Firehouse Subs, and it will be the last time. My sandwich had more lettuce and bread than it did Tuna Salad. For what I payed for the sub, Iwould have expected more and better.
