the meatball sandwich tastes great, but 8 bux for 3 meatballs on bread big enough to only hold 2 of those meatballs is a bit much.

I've had their Smokin' Honey Chicken Melt twice before and it was delicious. This time the sandwich was soooo dry (where's the sauce?!!) and barely any onions & peppers. Very dry, flavorless sandwich order that cost $33.00 in total. Makes me wary of ordering anytime soon.
My hope is the Manager and/or Owner is reading this and adds just a reminder to those making the sandwiches. I appreciate the workers but with things so expensive, the food should be yummy.

I ordered the Steak & Cheese Melt. It was very bland and there was hardly any meat in it. It was mostly peppers. I did add raw onions, and that added a little bit of flavor but not much.

I had a moving company moving me yesterday and I was bragging about how much I love firehouse subs ordered seven sandwiches and paid 150 some dollars three of the beef dip hardly add any meat on it. None of the containers were labeled. What was what when I call the store to ask them? How come you didn't put on the outside of the containers which sandwich it was the girl on the phone said oh we ran out of printer. I said you couldn't have just written on there. She was all we were really swamped. I wouldn't really like to talk to the owner so for seven items $151 later with hardly any meat in the French tips very disappointed because I love the turkey but yesterday was not a good day and maybe the employees need to be trained better on how to handle busy times

Forgot the pickle:( and more bread than meat for an 18$ sandwhich still good tho obviously. Not mad about it just a fyi.
