I like Firehouse Subs but they screwed with the Soups .Hey Firehouse. IfI purchase a bowl of soup, don't just fill it up halfway and charge me full price!

I didn't receive the dipping sauce with my sandwich and it hardly had any meat on it. For the price, iwas exoectingmuch more . Should have gone with hook and latter. Not worth the high price at all.

Usually the food is super fresh but today it wasn't. The bread was old and stale and the lettuce was wilted. I was quite disappointed today

I order the same order from this location, a few times a week and rarely do they get the order right. It's something as simple as re-ordering a pickle and they don't put the pickle in but it just seems that one way or the other there's always something wrong with the order. I love the sandwich, but things are never exactly how I ordered them.
