Steamer had waaay to much mustard and barely any meat. Usually this location is great though.

Never usually have a complaint but today, the subs came cold, and just slapped together, the Hook & Ladder® had so much mayo the meat just slid off the bread basically a mayo samich! The Chips were great! Still love ya firehouse just do better next time!

I called the store immediately after placing the order (they knew my name), saying that one of the sandwiches had the wrong meat. I was told I had to call DoorDash. By the time I got through to DoorDash, the order was already on the way here. It was a simple fix. I will not be ordering again from this store.

Need more lettuce, is it mandatory by corporate that you can only put on a couple shreds of lettuce? Always put more. If people don't want the extra or "normal amount" of lettuce they can pick it off. Or on the app har the ability to request for extra lettuce. Now there is an idea. 8 out of 10 times I order it's very little to no lettuce. I love lettuce give me the option to request more. It affects the taste.
