Everything was phenomenal and we got our entire order all except for our side pickles. They were missing. Firehouse is consistently tasty and correct. So while I am a little disappointed because I do love their pickles… I absolutely am 100% satisfied with the rest of my order. I will be ordering again. If you're trying to feed two people just order a large. It'll feed two people. Fresh ingredients and if they're not stingy.

I got a sub from this place last year and it simply was not good. I decided to try it again and it definitely a mistake. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 cookie, 1 bag of chips. Did not get cookie. The outside of delivery bag was greasy which was strange, the outside of the food containers were covered with greasy fingerprints. The bread on both sandwiches were completely greasy. There should not be any grease on delivery sandwiches. Both sandwiches were so full of mayonnaise you couldn't taste anything else. The one with lettuce and tomato had mayo mixed with that and then slathered on the meat. It oozed out and dripped when bitten into. The other sandwich which was supposed to have oil and vinegar only loads of mayonnaise. The bread besides being greasy was stale, the meat too tough to chew easily. Possibly the most disgusting sandwiches we have ever seen. I won't be ordering a third time. I like mayonnaise- as a condiment, not as the entree.

As most restaurants, it seems portions sizes are shrinking and prices are going up. But can't complain with a bogo. Firehouse subs are always delicious! Highly recommend.

Firehouse didn't get our order even though it was paid for, I got a text, and a driver showed up?
Frank our driver solved it through door dash but order took over an hour. Not Franks fault - dude waited and made Firehouse make our order. Final complaint... only 5 cookies and we ordered 9!
