I was disappointed with the condition and freshness of the flowers upon arrival. Several of the flowers showed significant signs of age and deterioration. In particular, the roses had browned and discoloured edges and bruised/creased petals. They were also already quite open. Several of the pink chrysanthemums had wilting, curling and browning petals.
I would expect a newly purchased bouquet to arrive with considerably more vase life remaining. DoorDash customer support was no help at all since their app glitches and does not allow you to submit a complaint properly. I was not satisfied with how they addressed my concern and I do not recommend flower delivery as a service from them.

Ive bought a pothos from them and it was the most lushest most beautiful plant ive ever had the honor of having , she is still thriving , recently got one for my mom as well. Id never buy a plant from any one else !

The flowers I ordered arrived dried out, wilted and sparse. They consisted mostly plastic looking filler and fern leaves. Some had not even bloomed yet. I had to throw them out to save myself the embarrassment of gifting them to my girlfriend.
