Even during one of the busiest times of the year, the personalized customer service was phenomenal! The flowers were as described online & were absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making our mom feel special.

Little disappointed the flowers look nothing like the example given and flowers described. Size also looks smaller. Looked on their reviews on Google and they are definitely skilled and talented, unfortunate to catch the holiday rush and was presented with a lacking arrangement. Maybe if ordered in advance then it would look closer to the example.
