WOW! I love Fujiyama. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent. Last night was pure pleasure. The Godzilla roll was bigger than I recalled and the eel on it was outstanding. The other item I ordered was Honey Smoke Tempura it was a delightfully delicious surprise.
I sometimes just fancy fish and their Salmon Belly Sa and regular Salmon Sa are always fresh. Avocado Salad is another favorite of mine.

One of my DoorDash staples. The beef fried rice is so consistently good, their Cali roll is fantastic and great value. Their small fried rice is a great size. Can't go wrong with this place. and also excellent value

Absolutely amazing!! They care enough to vent their packaging so that the sesame balls still arrive fresh and crispy. Sushi rolls always have fresh ingredients and great portion for what you pay for. Always order here when I have a sushi craving!

How can you have different levels of fresh on one plate of sushi?
Maguro fantastic.
Hamachi - last weeks special.
Salmon..3 different PC all with all different levels
Roll - left side bad to right side better.
salad + miso dressing very fresh and good
great size sushi I will give them that but no one wants a bite, PC of bad sushi, it ruins the whole meal

We are regulars and always give Fiji's 5 stars, but tonight must have been and off night. Our sushi rolls were rolled very loosely and fell apart when we tried to pick them up. It was pretty messy, but overall, flavor was good, quality and quantity were good, as always. I think they made some menu changes which threw us off a bit, too, but our favorites were still there and we had a great dinner!
