Tikka Masala Chicken Cheesesteak was mind blowingly good. They even included the extra ranch I requested for the sweet potato Sweet Potato Fries - most places forget the additional condiments. Mango Lassi was fantastic too. Delicious.

The seasoning was definitely off with the Chicken Tikka Masala and it must have been a mistake. The Beef Lamb Gyro was delicious with a generous portion. The amount of sauce given for such a big gyro was not enough. I would have overlooked it if not for the disappointing chicken. I would still try Gaia Masala again because it must have been a mistake.

Gaia has to be one of my favorite Mediterranean places in Boulder. The Paneer Tikka Masala is to die for and the Vegetarian or Vegan Samosa is equally amazing. Portions are perfect, but if you don't make it through everything in one seating, the food keeps well in the fridge and reheats nicely in the microwave (1:30 for half a portion of masala). Just be warned that they tend to take a while to prepare orders.

Gryro pizza is fantastic and legit spicy, samosas are super good. The raita was full of good veggies and a generous portion but way gross, really sweet for some reason. Do not recommend the raita at all.

Sometimes I swear the food gets better everytime I eat here.... which I've eat here dozens + times. The saag & tikka masala are so flavorful and heartwarming. Garlic naan makes for the perfect vehicle for them. You can never go wrong with the lamb or chicken. Worth every penny.
