You can reduce to portion to increase the taste. Döner meat was a regular subway sandwich meat. Even lahmacun is very simple turkish pizza, but if you don't include rose beef doesn't taste like lahmacun. You have a good store name Galata, and please honor that by using quality ingredients. If you don't use döner meat, please don't describe it as Döner, instead simply use deli wrap.
The milky baklava usually called soğuk (cold) baklava was not in the delivery, instead it was chocolate baklava. If you would like to try turkish food, this is the wrong place to start to taste it. Even McDonald's has a good price-performance.

We ordered multiple different kinds of simmit. The olive paste and strawberry jam simmit were our favorite, but they were all delicious, hot, and well prepared. The food was packaged very carefully and the quality was amazing. 100/10 will be ordering again

The GOZLEME was very dry and brittle, although expected because of the late night order, I'll try it again during a better time of day. My order was also messed up I got backlava instead of TULUMBA? But the backlava was very good. I really hope the GOZLEME was a one time thing because this is the only authentic Turkish restaurant in town and I want to see them do well.
