The mango salad with grilled salmon was absolutely delicious. The flavors were beautifully balanced—the sweetness of the mango complemented the perfectly grilled salmon without overpowering it. Everything tasted fresh, light, and thoughtfully prepared, making it both satisfying and genuinely healthy. A standout dish that feels indulgent while still being nourishing.
