Korean Fried Chicken Bites, yeah they're a limited edition item - but they seriously show the portion for price. 8 dollars for this small portion of chicken is just absurd.
The burger was very mid, lacking any crucial flavor and had no cheese? The fries were fine, and the drink was pretty good thankfully.
The flavor on the Korean Fried Chicken Bites was good, but not at all justified for the price.

This place is an absolute wonder (I am not a burger person so this says something)! The Charburger Meals are SO flipping good, reminds me of In-N-Out burgers. If you're on the fence about it just go for it, you won't be disappointed. The burgers are full of flavor and they were still hot when they got to our house. The Sirloin Steak Sandwich was super salty, I'd say that and cold French Fries were the only letdowns.

20$ for a blt with chicken that was undercooked and i didn't get my sauce that I asked for and was charged extra for.... definitely not impressed a over hyped store to say the least.

Kids Charburger they forgot to add cheese to the Kids Charburger, all of the fries have been consistently terrible. I ordered extra crispy and instead I got soggy, room-temp fries that sternum fresh at all. they've likely sat under a heating lamp for who knows how long. One of the Santa Barbara Char burgers was extremely raw.
