• 22/01/22First time trying ice cream delivery - everything arrived in cold condition on a 40 degree day. Injeolmi was nice and soft. Ice cream was substituted with a different flavour, reason explained in a lovely handwritten note - great customer service. Will be ordering again.

• 07/08/22hanabing your matcha is so delicious and lovely but i wish the cup wasn't just half full :( i get spillage sucks but is it possible for you guys fill the cup more?
