• 27/04/24I got the matcha smoothie with boba, the drink was great texture, didn't separate, and was not too overly sweet. The tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy, no hard spots. To top it all off they have starch straws, they don't fall apart or get soggy like paper straws but they're still biodegradable :)

• 06/06/26Starbucks was closed so I took a chance on this place. I wish I hadn't. While the bits of strawberry popped nicely and were tasty and packaging was impressive at preventing a spill, the strawberry lemonade black tea was too sweet; almost painfully so. I could not taste the lemon of the lemonade over the overly intense sugar. Please widen your range of sugarless beverages Also I suggest having sugar reduction as an option. Many diabetics and those who are diabetes prone will appreciate it. Thank you.

• 05/02/26I have ordered from this location many times in the past. I got 4 drinks tonight. We tried the Pistachio Foam Matcha latte and it was all ice in the drink, hardly any actual drink in it. My Mango Matcha Smoothie (Large) had no matcha in it at all! It was basically a mango smoothie. I ALWAYS order this here and its never just yellow, sooooo disappointing because it was a delivery otherwise I would have said something. Haven't ordered for months because the prices increased and this is the first time entries again only to be super disappointed.

• 16/06/25The drinks are great but the recent increase to the prices of the drinks and the toppings on DD is way more than other competitors in the area. Sadly, my dept will have to switch a different vendor for our Friday afternoon treats. It's just too much.

• 22/12/25Grapefruit Jasmine Green Tea (Large) Is not consistent. The syrup used to flavor it sometimes is lacking and it case taste fairly bland, doesnt seem like it uses fresh grapefruit due to the syrup settling on the bottom sometimes. When it is a consistent amount and not separated it's delicious. Massive portion via the litre option. I'm torn on ordering again sometimes. The Strawberry Slushy and Avocado Slushy have been consistently good.
