My dasher Mark was wonderful, kind, prompt, and communicated very well, but the food from Hardee's was terrible and probably the worst I've eaten in a while. Everything tasted like it was made the day before, the French Toast Dips® Platter was stale and without the Syrup (stale French Toast Dips and no Dip) Every sandwich we ordered looked thrown together like whoever made them was angry at the modifications we made to the sandwich's. The only saving grace was the Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ , Blueberry & Lemon Cream Cheese Fried Pie, and Cinnamon Roll, because they can be easily reheated by the good ole microwave. So overall my dasher was deserving of 10 Stars if I could give it to him and the food from Hardees 1 Star and would be 0 if not for the blueberry and lemon pie and cinnamon roll. Be sure to keep your order, short, simple, and to the point if you ever decide to eat here or you'll waste $40 like I did. Thank goodness for the spend $20 save $10 promo..

The Cinnamon Rolls have been so spotty with the correct amount of icing on top. This is the example of not enough. Plus they keep forgetting utensils for it, preferably a fork and knife and/or napkins. Tastes good still though.

My shake was brought to me with nothing cover the top. It's supposed to be sealed. No way im drink it.
