My first time trying the Philly Cheese Steak, and it's pretty good. A little too much bread and it could use a little more meat/onions/peppers filling, but it has a very good taste. A good sandwich for the price. And yes, just like their fish, the Chicken Gizzards ARE better with the lemon pepper.

Wings were crispy & overly bussin with the crack (lemon pepper seasoning). Hush puppies fried a lil hard but flavor was there& Still edible no cap. Oh and great customer service to whoever answered the phone!

Food was hot and fresh! Okra was a bit crispier than I would like but over all food was really good! Catfish Fillet was super fresh and tasted well. Great portion for price. Will be ordering again.

It's my fault, because I accidentally ordered from the wrong location, which was a whopping 45 minute drive. I meant to order from the Route 4 location in Hamilton. I apologize profusely to the door dash driver for my mistake, but she was still hostile. Even after I increased the tip. Oh well. Anyway, very disappointed with the food. Aren't you supposed to get fries with a sub? I didn't get any fries, and the steak hoagie hardly had anything on it. I paid $26.00 for what? Total ripoff. Hooks is really going downhill. I also got the cheesecake, but it had nothing on it, like whip cream.. nothing. Very Disappointed.

the Catfish is nice and big and really tasty! and although I don't like lemon, the lemon pepper is the way to go 😁
