The food is consistently delicious. Their cooks know their stuff! And IHOP has their packaging perfect- the find is always hot and not soggy.

Really not good. I had the build your own omelette with hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they'd been stuck in the back of a freezer since before covid. They were hard as a rock and for some reason also added to my omelette??? The cheese was disgustingly laid on top of said omelette and the whole thing was just plain old disappointing. I was really hoping a big name like ihop with its higher prices would deliver more than the local diners. I will definitely never make that mistake again. I hope other's experiences are much better.

My hashbrowns were basically burnt, when I ordered crispy,  and my Tres leches pancakes came with nothing for it, they were just plain pancakes, I was really looking forward to them. The best thing about this entire order was the apple juice and the eggs.

sunny side eggs are not supposed to have runny whites at the top, they whites are still suppsed to cooked and asked for crispy hash browns and they are barely cooked bacon was also undercooked. I had to recook an entire meal I paid for. Breakfast Sampler also asked for Pork Sausage Patties (2) and got links. I didn't order links
