Order was delivered but missing the Double Blueberry fruit topping. We order from IHOPmaybe once every two weeks, and Door Dash always directs us to the exact same location. This restaurant 's food is always nicely prepared. We will return.

IHOP is the only spot I don't mind DoorDashing because it's inexpensive and always comes hot. I love the packaging. Everything is separated and they give you all the condiments and utensils you need. Well done ihop!!!

Cheap but delicious steak when mixed with the potatoes and over medium eggs. You get what you pay for with the T-Bone Steak & Eggs but it sure hits the spot.
Sadly, the pancakes were an afterthought - paid extra for the cheesecake pancakes and received regular pancakes with some cheesecake filling in a cup, LOL. Maybe skip the extras during sunday AM rush.

Eggs always fresh. Build Your Own Omelette+ reliably looked and tasted exactly as expected. The Turkey Sausage Links was kinda hard, but I ate it.

We order from Ihop 1-2 x a month for spouse's favorite blueberry pancakes. Today I ordered for myself some plain Grits and scrambled 2 Eggs with cheddar cheese. The grits were perfect! Nice corn flavor and texture. The scrambled eggs however were a disappointment. They were cooked dry, in little curds. (The orderform doesnt have an "instructions" section to use. I would have said 'soft, moist'). The cheddar had no flavor!
