Why don't more places have grits? They were perfect! Biscuit was flakey and oh so good!

Never any sausage in the "sausage gravy", hashbrowns are always cooked in old oil or just cold in general. And the biscuits at the gloster location are almost always burnt.

The Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich was dry, the French Fries had no salt on them. They sent this order out for delivery with no condiments (no place to eequest on app, and no request axcepted by business) and also no napkins, I'm at work and working at my desk napkins are necessary. Just sad

The Chicken is too salty. It has been too salty several times resently, however it was a good flavor when I first started ordering from there. The portion and freshness is great. I do not think I will order fried chicken from here again.

The food is great and I love the chocolate chip cookies but every time I order a drink yall full the cup up full of ice. So I'm basically ordering a cup of ice and that's bad if that's an habit for yall
