absolute garbage IDK why I keep ordering from here, got the Burg-R-Tater Melt and it had no hashbrown and was about an inch thick for a 10 dollar burger,Large SOUR PATCH KIDS® Watermelon Twisted Soda was almost all ice and separate and ididnt get my sauce with myOnion Rings . did it through door dashso I got stuck with it.

The french toast sticks were literally rock hard and not edible. The burger was overcooked & the bun was stale and hard. What a waste of money! Almost feel like this was done on purpose. I have never had this bad experience at Jack in the Box.

$9.00 for a salad that was made out of iceberg lettuce SHREDS!! Not even icebur lettuce salad mix just shredded lettuce, no romaine and 3 grape tomatoes and 3 wilted cucumbers. lesson for me don't order a salad from a burger place but the description and picture were of a completely different salad than what I received.

they actually got my son's order right... he does not like the sauce or pickles or grilled onions so we always order his burgers with no sauce and no toppings just the meat and cheese... and 99% of the time they listen... Thank you

The spicy chicken Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo was just clumps of crunchy breading on a sliver of chicken. Totally inedible. At least I could eat the fries and Tiny Tacos
