The tacos were so good and still nice and fresh when they got here! They even threw in some extra ranch, which was a nice surprise and definitely appreciated. Everything was packed well, my order was right, and the delivery was quick. Great experience all around!

food was cold as they made driver wait in drive thru. tacos were not cooked and drenched in so much sauce they could not be eaten. 4 onion rings that were not fresh and cold. burger was good. my dr pepper was definitely NOT dr pepper. it was like they mixed coke, dr pepper and lemonade, YUK. Jack would not if been happy at all with this sad order.

I adore Jack but last 3 times was not good. Coke totally flat to start then burger was cold and totally drenched in secret sauce. I asked for extra not a bath. Tacos just aren't good anymore, soggy, miss the crisp and no lettuce to speak of. the onion rings were over cooked so that the onions were like straw. sad

the Build Your Own Munchie Meal has great value (especially with 20% off deals) and the curly fries have good seasoning and flavour

Almost $10 for a Large Oreo shake ordered specifically with no whip and no cherry.. after removing the whipped cream that they put on the shake 3/4 of the cup was whipped cream.
