I had a craving for a sourdough jack this afternoon . When I received my order I was highly disappointed to find its poor quantity and preparation. Both top and bottom sourdough bread pieces were burnt around a majority of the sides . The ingredients. Ie beef tomatoes ect was distasteful and soggy . I lm very disappointed id like both a refund and better freshly made sourdough jack

Usually I love Jack In The Box! But last night I ordered doordash the spicy chicken cheese sandwich. When I got the order there was no cheese on it. Looked like a kids sandwich. It had one little wilted piece of lettuce. I was so disappointed. When you want something and craving it and it comes to you like that! It was a lot of money for what I got! Very bad Jack in the box!

Crispy Chicken Teriyaki Bowl Combo was amazing. looks small but was quite filling. Pumpkin Spice Mini Churros were the perfect sweet to end the meal

The food was delicious and still warm when it got here. The new cheesesteak hamburger is fire when you put onion rings and bbq sauce on it!!!
