• 4 days agoPlastic bag was smooshed on arrival. Dasher apologized and said it was given to him like that from the restaurant. The 4 piece chicken dinner was only 3.2 pieces. And the mashed potatoes were fake or instant. Tasted odd. I will give a thumbs up for the chicken fingers and biscuits. I think I'll pass on Jack's.

• 01/06/26The mashed potatoes were instant with no flavor. the gravy didn't have flavor either. the green beans were flavorless. the chicken tenders looked like the size for a 4 year old! and the tea wasn't sugary. i do not recommend this restaurant whatsoever! i will never eat here again. it also took a long time to make our food for no specific reason.

• 06/06/26I hate to leave a bad review on Jacks. It is the fast food I grew up with. Ever since Jacks started doing shakes, I have loved them. My husband and I decided to try the peach shakes. They have no peach flavor and are icky sweet. Will stick to chocolate and strawberry from now on.
