I ordered the BLT Sandwich it had plenty of bacon and lettuce and tomatoes where fresh. . Delivery driver Sharron was very friendly and fast. I wanted to leave a additional tip for her in the app but could not for some reason. Thanks Sharron .

I've never had a problem with jacks. But chicken was good. Ordered pint of Cole slaw. Got a half pint. Mash potatoes was cold. And slaw was very milky. Totally shocked by the order

Our fries were terribly stale and not at all seasoned. Jacks (at least near me) have an incredible fry seasoning and there wasn't a hint of it near the fries we got from this restaurant. I definitely don't recommend ordering from this Jacks.
They also didn't include a single sauce we ordered and both of our drinks (Dr Pepper and Sprite) were running low on syrup

After waiting a hour and a half to get my food. The Smoked Sausage was not in the order. The gravy is burnt. Terrible service from the restaurant. Had bacon and not sausage on one of the plates.
