Everything was hot, fresh, and sealed. The driver was soooo nice. As I checked my bags for sauce(s) she was then willing to go back. I declined because it was there. Highly recommend!

Fish was burnt, shriveled up and pretty much tasteless. Biscuit  was literally as hard as a brick bat. only thing that was edible was French fries and they were not hot. Was very disappointed and ended up throwing it away

The biscuits were actually very good but when we got to the plate, it was clear it had been microwaved to hell and back. The entire plate itself was melted and the food was clearly overheated. Never in my life had anything delivered looking like this....

Received an order that just straight up had items missing. Second time something has been missing or items have been wrong. They substitute any missing items with mass amounts of gravy, it's excessive. I won't be ordering from them again, which is unfortunate - their chicken is so good.
