I love the grilled chicken! Always tender &juicy! I loved jacks diet cokes. They are not watered down. I dont know what kind of canister they are delivered in, but they taste great! They also dont grip when I ask for ice. Some restaurants refuse!

did not get any Hash browns, Gravy had no sausage, Grits were mostly water and cold. missing a slice of bacon.
contacted door dash and i got a 1.60 credit.
i order here a lot sadly , every other time i have an issue similar to this . glass half full - my order is right half of the time!!

Big jack was delicious! They included ice, condments, straws, & napkins. I replenished my wheelchair. I sit outside & enjoyed the Big Jack. Will eat grilled chicken later tonight! I enjoyed Jacks as usual!

Without sauces wraps were not very good. They were dry. I called & asked for for hot sauce & 2 cups of ice. Employee said she didnt know if she could remember they were so busy. And she didnt! I wish they listed sauces and ice on menu! I would gladly pay.

Order a kid's chicken tender meal got 2 paces of chicken that were halfway burnt didn't get the sauce I asked for , order the large fry got a small when I told them about it I got a rude reply -the food also tasted old and cold
