I ordered a very picky order and they did it perfectly!! I also called and asked for four cups of ranch and to my surprise I received them!!! I will definitely order form this jacks again!!

All right, they didn't have wings so they substituted some fried chicken for the wing price. Actually the food was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service than Jacks in Prattville. I do not remember the Manager's name but she was so so sweet so if you want good quality service And good food go to Jackson Prattville  FYI, the wings have been discontinued. It was promotional idea from what I've been told darn it.

The wings were exceptionally salty for some darn reason
I had this before and it was delicious today not so delicious. Plus, it was way over breaded this time.

Fried chicken Fried Chicken Dinner 3pc was overcooked, dry and hard. Additionall , not the piece I selected to purchase. It's usually great and enjoyable but today's portions were not up to standards.
