poor packaging. Can't tell top from bottom, and when turned upside down as someone did, the gravy spills out into the bag. a mess. taste of food was fine- what was left anyway.

I'm between a 2/3 stars because the tots were cold before they got here so I won't do that again. They tasted like cold grease and stale like they'd been reheated. We live in time where every little sauce is counted for pricing because the cost of everything has rose. I work in a restaurant so I should have known to specify better that I wanted honey and maple syrup (86 mustard sub syrup or something) and I guess I could partially blame DoorDash for not having all condiments listed. I was disappointed in the tomato, too. I didn't eat the eggs because I was already full. The tomato was disappointing, but it's just fast food quality, I suppose. They can't help what quality produce they get. It was mainly white, barely had color. Yuck. The chicken biscuit, however was great quality chicken and I wish I would of ordered 2 of those instead of anything else. I loved the stickers on the cups so the drinks don't spill, plus they were cute. I drank the lemonade to wash down the taste of the burnt/cold/stale tots. Coke was good and carbonated.. iced coffee doesn't typically disappoint either..

Chicken tasted old, hard and burnt. Biscuits wee hard and burnt. Potatoes and gravy tasted bad. Really wish I'd ordered KFC. Order was totally inedible. Dasher was nice.

both plates had undrained bacon with the biscuit soaking up enough grease to become saturated to become wet. 1 plate had 2 grits with no gravey.need to be some quality control. maybe next time I will try Hardees.

The Big BLT was great but the milkshake wasn't completely full & looked like it was missing some. If they're going to allow drinks to be delivered they should put stickers over the opening. it looked a little sketchy.
