• 17/07/26Coming from NYC this food is so great. I tried 3 other restaurants and between no flavor, small portions this Resturant top that. Would def order again portions are amazing. First bite food been amazing.

• 26/07/26Snapper fish i was mad I didn't order two, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Jerk Chicken 1/2 lb was moist and flavorful and Pineapple Ginger drink is what it says. You can add a little more Ginger to cut down on the juice

• 19/07/24The food from Jamaica Vibes was excellent. Fast delivery and good prices. The best Jamaican food I have had. Shrimp were soooo good and succulent. Chicken was soooo tender falling off the bone. Cabbage and Rice was delicious. I will recommend them to everyone and order again and again. I Loved it so much. Thank you. Dee Smith.

• 26/06/25I got the Oxtail. It was a lot of meat. Most rest only give a few pieces. Juicy and tender. I asked for extra gravy. But I didnt need it. I thought it was going to be dry like some restaurants. Next time I know I don't need the extra gravy. They know how to cook!

• 31/01/24I had lunch at JamaicaVibes for the first time and what can I say.. the experience was very good. I wanted Jamaican food, so I had originally called quite a few restaurants before I picked JamaicaVibes. I spoke to the cook & customer service rep, Joel. When I asked him about certain food items, he told me that he had them. These were the items that the other restaurants didn't have at all or at the time. In addition, if he didn't have it, he would cook them for me. He trusted me without me even making my first purchase. I told him what I wanted and he cooked it and told me to call my Door Dasher in order to delivery it. He coordinated the entire purchase which was very professional, smooth and timely. I definitely showed my appreciation, by spending $100+ on my first order.
As for the food, since you're reading this review. The food here was great. If you want authentic Jamaican food that comes as close to being in Jamaica. If you're a true yardie, I would say that JamaicaVibes comes very close. The food was cooked very well and not overcooked. The flavor is very balanced. I will admit, I'm not a salt eater, so some of the items tasted a little over seasoned or salted to me; and I'm not referring to the Ackee & Saltifish. Also although I love my spiciness, some of the food was a bit too hot because of the scotch bonnet or pepper. These small gripes weren't a deal breaker for me.
All and all, I would definitely refer friends and family members to JamaicaVibes. Even if your taste buds and/or opinions are different than mine, the customer service experience should win you over all by itself.
