• 13/08/26Very disappointed with my order. This is actually the second time I’ve had the same issue with my order from Jamba. The first time, I ordered a large item and received a small one. I gave them another chance and ordered again, but unfortunately the same kind of mistake happened again.
This time, I ordered the peanut butter and Nutella option, but instead they sent strawberries and blueberries.
I’m including a picture of my receipt and what I actually received. Getting the wrong order once can happen, but having the same problem twice is very disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the order accuracy.
