• 27/08/23Being in the sandwich business over 20 years from'87 to '07...I thought I'd never see the day where a chain sandwich shop makes a better Italian hero than 90% of the small owned NY delis..well that time has come! Believe it or not Jersey mikes uses the highest quality cuts of meats and the weights are very generous also! Although it'll never stack up to the Italian hero I'd sell in my former delis, it's top notch from what I've been seeing around everywhere.

• 30/07/23They were good but much smaller than other heroes I've gotten that were as good and BETTER for less $$ (Oven Lovin in Holbrook is much better👍🏻)!!

• 02/01/25Delivery was good but it was only half the size, full size price for a half sized sandwich. And I wanted chicken cheese steak bc I don't eat beef, but they mistakenly sent me beef. The sandwich was tasty but way too small. 30+ minute delivery
