• 24/01/23I only gave 3 stars because I paid for extra meat and there was hardly any . Mostly filled with lettuce ! I only gave 3 stars because it did taste good, but very sparse on the meat and any other fillings, like tomatoes,etc. Lots of lettuce, tho !!

• 29/12/25Seems as though the Willoughby location is not the same quality as the mentor location. unfortunately the last couple times I have gotten items from the Willoughby store they were subpar, thought the first one was a fluke, but that has not been the case. Will not be ordering from Willoughby again
