I ordered a turkey club. There was no bacon or oil. The ingredients that were there was less than when I normally order the same item. After following the steps to let them know, I was told it doesn't qualify for any sort of dispensation.

As soon as I placed my order on Doordash I tried calling Jim's to make sure NO SAUCE was on my Steak Hoagie Deluxe 12". I was put on hold the ENTIRE 15 minutes it took them to mess up my order. The bacon on my Bacon Cheeseburger Sub 12" was undercooked! Every time I order online their quality gets worse. Great when I go in store. Work on the online orders better!

i asked for extra mayo the sub was dry with one slice of turkey meat i paid $18 for a horrible made sub

the sub roll was not toasted at all even though I requested an EXTRA toasty roll .
not to mention they forgot to add tomatoes on my sub!!
the portion of the sub is laughable and very thin,tiny and also very skimpy on the meat. they forgot my gravy that I paid for,
they forgot to put my tomatoes on my sub, they forgot to toast my roll and they forgot to add my mild sauce for my chicken fingers.
this place used to be so nice in portions or nice and fear for the money. but not no more. I will not be ordering from this place ever again!
for the price they charge I received 1/4 of what I actually paying for.
it's ridiculous and I feel like I've been deceived by a bait and switch.
as you can see in the photo no tomatoes, no toasted roll and hardly any meat at all.
very tiny sub.
