Not sure what changed, but the subs are so skinny now. Bread tastes good, but the steak was bland. This place used to be so good too...$16 for a footlong sub on a hot dog bun.

The portion on the fries is nice but I ordered with with the Parmesan on it and it didn't come with it. It was also just very bland. Same goes to the Classic Chicken 6" it was quite bland and they didn't add pepper jack cheese

Worst steak subs ever. Bread stale, portions are small, meat is dry like eating at Taco Bell and the toppings were barely on it. #1 steak subs in the world wasn't represented well from this location

Classic Steak 12"-I paid for extra cheese & it barely had ANY cheese on the sandwich.Small Fry was soggy, not cooked properly.

Sandwich had an off taste to it, I wonder if the mayo was bad? Also they delivered my french fries with no ketchup and there was no option to request ketchup when I ordered it. Super disappointing, especially for $35 to get food I wasn't happy with
