• 10/02/26Got the Hot Honey rap. There was prob less than 2 oz or two very tiny pieces of chicken with no seasoning. Total rip off. So, basically paid 37.00 for a bunch of lettuce. There was some in chicken in the Salad but it too was lacking. They also left out the xtra dressing that I paid for.

• 11/01/25I ordered the Southwest Crunch and paid $6.98 for 2x Impossible Chicken. As you can see in the picture, there were 9 small pieces that were so hard that I thought they were croutons. I actually picked the pieces out of the salad because I could not believe it. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

• 29/03/26Ordered $20 bowl that came half empty. The tofu flavor was disgusting and the mushrooms did not taste fresh. I prefer the downtown location better. 2nd time ordering at the Doral location and the quality just sucks. Not ordering from here again.

• 17/06/26I paid for EXTRA chicken for my order, and I kid you not there was 4 pieces of chicken in this entire salad. Even if I hadn't paid for extra chicken the portions of protein are ridiculous.
