Must of been a one off for them as the google reviews are great and didn't want to put a 1 star review on a new small business as obviously they're doing pretty well so far.
The bag the food was in wasn't sealed, stapled or taped so when my food arrived, everything was cold.
Chips were bland, no seasoning.
The burger looked nothing like the video footage they've taken on their socials, the fried chicken was much smaller.
The half serve of fried chicken was tough, stringy and a chore to chew and get through.
And the side of dill mayo I ordered in a small takeaway container was only half full so a very small portion.
Really disappointing.
I rarely ever leave a negative review ever when it comes to hospitality based businesses but this was a let down.

appreciate the note. I'm frustrated by delivery companies well. Thankfully the burger and onion rings was still slightly warm. All delicious. Thank You very much for the chips. You're a very good business
)
