the rice and meat were tender and very flavorful. they gave a good portion of food. 100% recommend this place

Res Guisada/ Beef Stew was tasty, good portion and fresh. Recommend adding sauce from the meat. The Tamarindo/Tamarind was tasty as well, not overly sweet and not too tart.

I used to like this place, but now it's a complete rip-off. $20.50 is more than double what you should pay for an order of Mofongo and they serve a half portion.
Order of Tostones for $7.25? Ridiculous portion. You're spending a dollar with every bite for tostones sent in a paper bag so they're chewy and foamy by the time they reach you.
The owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

I'm from nyc so I'm used to Dominican food everywhere. Moving to Utah, there's not a lot of Dominican spots, literally have only found two. This one is just as good as the other spot here in Utah! So good, so delicious! A must try!
