35mins after accepting my order they told the dasher that was waiting to come back in another 20 mins. Lucky for me the dasher was keeping me up to date since KFC didn't care to say a word. Had to call the store myself to find out why the extra hold up and got told they had to cook more chicken. Then food finally arrived and it was awful. The chicken still soaked in cooking grease that the box's bottom gave out and I had to pick out each piece of chicken that had fallen through into the bag. The chips were cold, stale and all only half full. As was the popcorn chicken. And finally the 4 bread rolls were more like old crusted rocks. Worst $78 ever spent.

It ws disgusting. Never again. The large mash potato was not filled as per normal. It ws void of mash potato 40% gravy. The burges were NOT warm, spots on outside were slightly warmer than room temp, but inside cold. Chips cold. Worst KFC ever. KFC is a hit or miss fast food but this was the worst. .... but charged a premium price! Tried to phone (done in past) no one ever answers a phone.
