3 pc. Chicken Big Box was literally fresh off the fryer, it was so hot and crunchy, just the way I love it.
Biscuit was super soft and hot and fresh as well.

By far tonight was the best I've had from KFC . PRAY THEY KEEP IT THIS WAY.

So, we ordered the 8pc Chicken + 8pc Tenders Fill Up, and the 3pc Chicken Big Box.  The fried chicken was delicious, crisp and juicy.The mashed potatoes were just as I remembered them from childhood as was the cole slaw.  The biscuits were of course, soft, tender and fluffy.  The food arrived in a timely manner and the driver was friendly and courteous.  Sadly, we did not receive the tenders, but the lack was repaired.

the chicken and fries are most fresh when they first open 'til around 1pm. after that, it's a gamble. I ordered in the evening multiple times and I could tell the fries and fired chicken had been sitting out for a while and had been reheated. everything was a little stale and soggy, no crispiness at all. definitely order before noon, that's my recommendation.

The food is horrible! The chicken sandwich dosent seen done it's soft and the bread is not good. The mashed potatoes are disgusting! I haven't been here in years and it is not the same. I had to order more food from another restaurant. The only thing that still tastes good is the Cole slaw

The chicken was just perfect, but the fries were old and had bad taste. I'm giving 5 stars because KFC is about the chicken and I don't really want to have negative impact on this business. It's just like workers need to understand that doing things like this hurts the business. I would rather to wait 5 more minutes but get better fries.
