Delivery was good. Taste very great, the next time I order again I the 10 Piece Original Recipe Chicken Bucket I just want pack on one single bucket only not in half-and-half with 5 pieces Chicken each bucket. thanks for consideration.

Order was to include a mega fry and small popcorn chicken along with 4 pieces of chicken.only got 5 popcorn chicken loose in the bixand a small fry. Chicken was so oily the bottom of the box fell apart. Gravy was like sludge

You would think that a restaurant known for their chicken would ensure quality is paramount. The fries were actually very good, slightly crisp and seasoned. The gravy and corn was hot but the chicken was barely lukewarm and greasy. My previous order was excellent and the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I was not impressed. So the cook on the chicken is very inconsistent. There are numerous chicken places to order from. I think the staff are being complacent. I will try other restaurants for now

I ordered the Big Crunch Box Meal. The portion of fries and popcorn chicken are not worth the price of the meal. The sandwich was also slathered in so much mayo that it was just not enjoyable. The stuffing though was tasty.

There is something off about the gravy, normally it tastes the same every time but today it's got a very powdery texture and flavour. I am not happy that I pay a premium price for an item, and get subpar quality....
The breading is falling off each tender we have as well ! I ordered this nights ago as my son is a big fan.. not today :(
