I didn't want to be too blunt or harsh over a KFC meal, but I am at least going to share the disheartening feeling I had when I got my Classic Chicken Sandwich. In the past, I used to get a pretty nice, thick cutlet of fried chicken, you almost felt like you were eating a whole fried breast if anything. But, this one I got was like a shriveled, dry filet (and it probably was dry because it either had been sitting for a while too long, or someone fried it for too long while it was too thin to begin with.
Anyways, I will give credit for their Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. Always hits the spot, and it did make a decent addition when added onto my sandwich to give it at least SOMETHING worth the time and money spent for it. Either way though, it's pretty sad when the best thing from a Kentucky Fried Chicken order is anything BUT the chicken...

I ordered extra crispy got reg and the chicken was little and old not fresh. I order KFC alot, very disappointed

this is the second time in a row they messed up the drinks I ordered a soda for me and lemonade with my toddlers kids meal and they just sent 2 sodas. and my chicken sandwich didnt have any pickles or mayo on it, it was literally a dry piece of chicken between bread.

My chicken breast had no flavor, and the pot pie was all crust with very little filling.
