while the onion rings were great... 5 stars.. I was not happy that I could not request no lettuce on sandwich... special orders should be allowed.

This location is so inconsistent... One order is incredible, fresh, crispy, well seasoned chicken, and the next is old stale dry unseasoned left overs.
The Snack Poutine was made with old stale fries. Would not recommend.
8 Piece Variety Bucket was ok, but the chicken was clearly leftover from lunch service.

I really enjoyed the poutine but when I opened the chicken box I got a whiff of something that I didn't like at all. First off the chicken leg was cooked way too long to the point it was crunchy all the way to the bone. The wing was ok but when I bit into the breast piece I had to spit it out. It tasted stale as did the last piece. All in all I got about eight or nine bites of chicken. I finished it off with the biscuit which was tasty at least. I will be forgoing the chicken in favor of something else in the future.

Prices go up but the portion size decreases. A container of coleslaw about the size of two tablespoons for almost $4.00 is ridiculous.
