• 12/05/23Spicy Mac & Cheese Bowl Combo Was delicious, there could've been a few more chicken pieces but ultimately it was good. the Famous Bowl,and Mac and cheese Mac & Cheese Bowl were delicious as well. Everything was hot too.😋😋

• 18/04/26Chicken was undercooked it didn't even have any color to it. Coleslaw was in the same box as hot food and that made it hot. I worked at kfc during college I was manager I know this is unacceptable

• 05/05/26First of all immediately after I placed my order I attempted to call the store to request something specific cause the option wasn't there on the app and the phones would just go straight to a full mailbox. The coleslaw which is supposed to be packaged separately to keep cold was put in the box with the hot chicken, which made no sense whatsoever. The chicken was extra greasy like they did not let it drain before they packaged it, and it was undercooked it was not the proper color. I used to be a manager at KFC years ago and I am very well aware of quality control when it comes to the food, served and packaged.

• 01/04/25Ordered via DD App and went to pick up order waited over 35+minutes for order in store. They were not busy just me and another family inside. Initially when I entered the store I showed the employee my order and she could not find it and that was 25 minutes after I ordered thru app. Entire pickup was a 40 minutes wait. Once home Gravy was completely watered down and Secret Recipe Fries were raw. Unacceptable purchase and unacceptable experience. They looked a bit disorientated about their job.

• 22/06/26Usually KFC delivers excellence. This time the chicken was old... and there was so much "sauce" on the sandwich that it was literally saturated. It's as if the crew @ that store truly didn't give a damn... or didn't know what they were doing.
