when we got our food it was in a box and a bag that was closed bag. The biscuits were shredded and the chicken was so done the meat was hard. It was like it sat there for hours. We threw most of it away.

The chicken tasted greasier than usual and didn't seem fully cooked, the original recipe more so than the extra crispy. The mashed potatoes were definitely old as the gravy was dried up in areas of two of them and one was ordered without gravy but it had gravy on it anyway. Finally, the coleslaw had no flavor at all and tasted the oldest of all. I think this was the most disappointing meal I have had at a KFC ever.
