Not only was the chicken horrific, my order was wrong. They left off my sides.  The chicken was somehow overcooked and dry, but the breading was underdone. The seasoning may as well be non existent. But I suppose I'm being too harsh, it did have flavor. That flavor was just BAD. I only ever eat Popeyes, but ordered from here for the deal. I've had what I thought was 'bad' chicken before from Popeyes. But this wasn't bad. This was straight up inedible. Their non family-style, non chicken items are okay. I've enjoyed their biscuits. Since I did not receive the full order I paid for, I can't give honest ratings about the sides. I'm hoping they'd be better than the chicken, though I'm not confident. If you take anything away from this review, let it be this: 'Order Popeye's'.

Gave me a Breast instead of a thigh. Half filled sides of Mac and cheese barely and gravy of the potatoes. This kfc is always a hit or miss. I will say the guy that washes dishes has great customer service to bad the guy that deals with the customers wasn't a little nicer not the first time.

Sadly we did not get all of our food. We were missing a large green bean side. The biscuits all had to be thrown out because they were so hard nobody could get them open. I had asked for a leg and thigh bucket and I got a breast and very few legs mostly thighs. Some of the chicken was overcooked and we will not be buying from there again.

I ordered 3 large mash potatoes and gravy. Did not get gravy. Called DD had redelivery of gravy. They sent for 3 orders, 1 small 1/2 full order of gravy. So they got it wrong again. This happens every time I order from there.
