• 11/09/263 pc. Chicken Big Box Meal had great flavor, was well cooked and tender. Only problem was the packaging and it's effect on my Meal.
1. Everything was in same Box. That was ok except chicken was hot so that even coleslaw was hot. So much in Box it crushed biscuit into a pancake 🥞. Still tasted good but not in original form.
2. I ordered 2 dinners - one original and one extra crispy. Because the boxes were packed when chicken was fresh & hot the boxes became steam boxes and the chicken coating turned to mush and slaw became cooked cabbage. Chicken tasty but not great texture.
3. So, I didn't complain and ask for refund because all was still edible and tasty; just not quite the format I ordered. Oh, bottom of boxes fell apart when I took out of delivery bag - too moist to hold shape.
Anyway, my dinner was tasty and filling. I will order again when this BOGO special is offered.

• 03/01/22They have really improved the spicy chicken sandwich. Really. They have improved the size of the chicken breast. They need to start capitalizing on more flavors though. Everyone has spicy and plain. How about a buffalo and ranch?

• 12/04/24My chicken 3 pc. Chicken Combo was burned, and so was the 2 pc. Chicken Combo. One of the potatoes did not have gravy that was ordered, and I was given the wrong drink order. All together a miserable dinner.

• 02/04/26The fries were amazing and the chicken nuggets were good as well. But the sandwich's were put on great value hot dogs buns. There was barely any flavoring. I'm just thrown off on the hot dogs buns buns.

• 17/08/26Missing the coleslaw. The extra gravy was in four small container containers instead instead of the regular regular container.. the three-piece stated two breast and a wing, but it came with two wings and one breast, no coleslaw as advertised or included.
