I have never liked pot pies but once I tried KFC I was hooked . So warm and delicious! Lots of chicken and thick gravy with a flaky crust. So tasty you will eat every bite!

My part of the order was okay, but there wasn't enough cheese in either the Mashed Potato Bowl or the Nashville Hot Loaded Fries Bowl, and the Mashed Potato Bowl wasn't filled up all the way. Please do better next time, KFC.

Unfortunately since the last time I ordered the quality of the food went downhill.  Although the order arrived pretty quickly.  Some of the food was definitely not fresh.  Instead of the usual mashed potatoes and gravy, I decided to try their fries.  This turned out to be a mistake, because both fries were cold, tough and dehydrated making it difficult to chew and swallow.  They were to the point of being inedible.  

And it was obvious some older pieces of chicken were mixed in with the fresh pieces of chicken.  For example, out of the two thighs and drumstick, only one of the thighs was fresh.  While the other thigh was already partially tough to chew, and the drumstick had no flavor because there was no seasoning on it.  There's no good excuse why mistakes like these should still be happening.

They called me to let me know that it would take 30 min for the extra crispy chicken to make sure I was ok with that. I had hungry kids so I chose to get the original instead. I give huge kudos to the manager for doing that.

Paid $30 for an item they did not have and a busted cup. I continuously have problems with this location, would not recommend
