Food was delicious as usual, I was sent the wrong soda but that's not a big deal definitely one of my favorite places to order food from so I know it'll come made right as it should and fresh

Don't recommend unless you want stale food and watery soda. Every single time I order this happens, haven't ordered in a while and decided to again in hopes that it would have improved NOPE not at all.

Ordered thighs and a drum but received breasts and a wing. Chicken was dry and chewy and some of the mac and cheese was burnt. The Dasher was on time so no complaints there.

KFC used to be good, but lately the quality of the food seems to be on the decline. 

The last few times, the mac and cheese has been arriving mostly burnt, the fries have been inedible with how dry and hard they are. The biscuits are sometimes hard. At this point, it seems a waste of money to even get some of these food items. 

And KFC seems to have the worst case of missing items in your order, the last few orders, two of those orders have had missing items (including this recent one)

I hope they try to improve back to where they used to be, because if this decline continues, it feels like I'm just wasting my money ordering and not knowing how my order will turn out or if I will even get all the items I ordered.

I mean. get the 1 pc. Chicken Fill Up if you want them to crush your biscuit under the potatos. it's literally so easy to just not do this, thats what's annoying. chicken was good. everything was warm.
