The best KFC meal I've ever had. I ordered the Big Crunch Box Meal. The chicken was perfectly cooked. They followed all my instructions. I'm very impressed.

There are times when the food I order is overcooked in the fryer. The onion rings I ordered were too crunchy and one was way overcooked. Almost like the ring was double cooked and then just put in the order. This KFC never used to be this way. I'd order from a different KFC if I could.

The chicken was overcooked and dry. The portions were fine but this KFC seems to overcook the food and then they try to hide the fact they overcooked it! I won't be ordering from this restaurant because lately the quality has been subpar.

The onion rings looked fresh but they overcooked one batch and covered up the overcooked onion rings with the fresher looking ones. This store is hit and miss at times when it comes to but overcooking your food.

I want Stonebridge KFC to package their food properly. They need a KFC label to secure the top of the bag shut to ensure there is no tampering of the food by anyone. My bag appeared to be glued shut and I'll admit that I am worried my food was tampered with.
