The cream filled donuts didn't have any cream in them. The jelly filled donuts were old and hard, and the jelly has sat in a doughnut for so long that it was saying was not good at all a very poor representation of Krispy Kreme doughnuts.. pretty much almost $25 gone down the drain

I ordered donuts for my work crew, trying to give them a special treat on our last shift before Christmas, I paid almost $100 to have them delivered, and they arrived and tasted like they were 4 day old donuts. There was no filling in the snoopy ones, they were dry, hard, and overall disgusting. The Peanuts characters looked like a 2 year old decorated them. When I contacted DoorDash their solution was to offer a $10 refund.  Unless you're looking for a new hockey puck, I wouldn't recommend ordering these at all.   Do better Krispy Kreme, this is unacceptable.

had my order redelivered because it was missing items. Dasher called Mr to let me know they did not have donut holes. I said to give me whatever equivalent in Glazed donuts. they gave me a whole extra dozen..was very pleasantly surprised.

These were old hard and stale. the glaze was wet to touch and quite unappitizing. Very disappointing because I usually love Krispy Kreme dots and will eat an entire box within an hour or so. I really hope this is a fluke!
